Hi friend!

I’m Madi.

I’m a recovering perfectionist.

I was depressed and unable to have any kind thoughts towards myself or my body.

In a desperate attempt to “be healthier,” I started going to yoga a few times a week.

What I wasn’t exactly ready for was for yoga to completely transform my life into the life of my dreams.
